1.4   myUKbreak makes no representation regarding any other web sites that may be accessed through this service and accordingly accepts no responsibility for the content or use of such web sites or information contained therein. In addition, it shall not be liable to any party for any form of loss or damage, consequential or otherwise, incurred as a result of any use or reliance on any information contained on such a web site or any web sites which can be accessed through this web site.

2. PAYMENT 

2.1 Establishment Owner Subscription

2.1.1 The myUKbreak website uses a secure operating system and interfaces with a transaction portal operated by PayPal. With PayPal, you no longer need to disclose your card details for online purchases as this form of payment allows you to pay by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). All card payment processing will be done through PayPal’s secure payment gateway. Card details are not stored on the myUKbreak website.

2.2 ROOM RATES

2.2.1 All rates published on the site are subject to change without notice. We strongly suggest that you reconfirm rates and service expectations when making a booking. All information supplied on the myUKbreak.com is a guide only and is subject to change without notice.

2.2.2. myUKbreak is not liable for incorrect rates specified on the web site and will not be obliged to supply bookings at those rates. The quotation supplied by the establishment is the responsibility of the establishment.

3 CANCELLATIONS

3.1 Establishments may apply cancellation policies and it is the sole responsibility of the establishment owner to notify these clearly on every quotation.

3.2 Bookings through this website are subject to any cancellation policy that may be stipulated by the establishment. Where a direct booking is made via myUKbreak guests should ensure they are familiar with the establishment and/or partner cancellation policy.

4. PRIVACY

4.1 MyUKBreak respects the privacy of our establishment owners and therefore all personal information provided to us with the utmost confidence and will under no circumstances be shared or passed on to any third parties. 

4.2 All communications are conducted directly between the user and the accommodation establishments featured on the myUKbreak.com website. The information you provide when completing enquiry or booking forms will not be used for any other purposes other than to respond to your enquiries.

5. SECURITY

5.1   Any person that delivers or attempts to deliver any damaging code to this web site or attempts to gain unauthorised access to any page on this web site shall be prosecuted and civil damages shall be claimed in the event that myUKbreak suffers any damage or loss.
